Nieuway is a multi-faceted fashion agency specialising in Sales and Consultancy, in both local and global markets.
Founded in 2017, Nieuway is the brainchild of Darren Skey and Kashia Wolf, who combined have over 30 years of retail experience.
Prior to founding the agency, Darren spent 6 years as the Head of Menswear for Harvey Nichols, and has worked at all levels of retail, from High Street to Luxury, covering both Merchandising/Planning and Buying. Darren has represented the British Fashion Councils NEWGEN board and spoken on numerous fashion panels, including Show Studio. He has been responsible for launching brands such as Fear of God, John Elliott and 424 to the UK marketplace. Darren brings a breadth of experience to Nieuway.
Kashia has spent her career building a 360 understanding of all aspects of the industry. She started with her family business, dealing in private label manufacturing, producing for some of the largest department stores in the US. She next went on to oversee international retail at Theory, opening new stores for both Men’s and Women’s, as well as launching Men’s wholesale into the International market. After that she was the Retail Relations manager at Capsule overseeing all of the store installations and special concepts. Kashia was instrumental in the launch-bed of brands such as 424, Second Layer, Rhude and Midnight Studios. Most recently Kashia was the Head of Womenswear at Polly King overseeing the entire Womenswear business.
