  • Darren Skey

    FOUNDER/CO OWNER

    Darren is a retail expert with over 27 years’ experience in the industry. He has worked at all levels of the fashion spectrum from High Street to Luxury, with skills covering Buying, Merchandising, Sales, Business Strategy and Digital Strategy.

    Darren was previously Head of Menswear at World renown luxury retailer Harvey Nichols where, amongst other accomplishments, he was responsible for launching “Streetwear” to the UK audience. Through global sourcing he introduced brands such as Fear of God, 424, John Elliott and A Cold Wall, amongst many others. Darren also spearheaded a £30m investment into the store, the first major investment in recent times.

    Darren has represented the British Fashion Council’s NEWGEN panel, which supports emerging brands and has spoken on numerous forums, including SHOWstudio

  • Kashia Wolf-Christensen

    FOUNDER/CO OWNER

    Throughout her career, Kashia has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of the industry, commencing with her involvement in the family business focused on private label manufacturing for major US department stores.

    Subsequently, she managed international retail at Theory, introducing new stores for both Men and Women, and launched Men’s wholesale globally.

    As the Retail Relations Manager at Capsule, Kashia played a pivotal role in store installations and special concepts, facilitating the successful launch of brands like 424, Second Layer, Rhude, and Midnight Studios. Later, she assumed the position of Head of Womenswear at Polly King Sales Agency, overseeing the entirety of the Women’s business. In her most recent role as the Director of Sales for Holzweiler, while also consulting for Nieuway, Kashia spearheaded a remarkable €20m growth in business.

  • Martyn Stroud

    DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY

    Martyn's 30-year career in the retail industry has been marked by significant contributions and successful collaborations with some of the world's leading retail brands. His extensive portfolio showcases his versatility and expertise, covering Fashion, Accessories, Homewares, technology, childrenswear, and Toys.

    In addition to playing a leading role across the buying and merchandising function at Luxury Retailers, he has planned new spaces, contributed to structural developments, and collaborated with various teams including property, legal, online, finance, retail, and stock control.

    As the Buying and Merchandising Director for Home, Technology, Childrenswear, and Toys at Selfridges, Martyn demonstrated exceptional leadership and delivered significant growth, marked by the introduction of new brands, exciting retail spaces, and the development of strategic partnerships that delivered innovative customer experiences.

  • Hilliary Latham Salamanca

    SUSTAINABILITY EXPERT

    Hilliary, a marketing and sustainability expert, holds an Masters in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.

    With over a decade in brand marketing, she excels in project management, engaging both internal and external stakeholders. Specializing in circular engagement, she merges consumer market insights with marketing and communications expertise, notably in fashion and consumer goods. Her work includes developing circular business opportunities for Ferragamo, Kerring and Colgate-Palmolive and leading collaborations on plastic recycling awareness. She has organized sustainability conferences and advocates for circular practices in the apparel industry through her vintage shop and substack.

    Hilliary is a TRUE Zero-Waste advisor and compost ambassador, embodying her belief in sustainable living and philanthropy.
